10 Inchworms

10 Pushups

Run 50m

10 Lunge Jumps

Then,

Grab A Bar for

Group Warm Up

SWOD: 5 Deadlifts + 3 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead

10 Min AMRAP

Buy In: ?

10 Deadlifts (135/95)

10 Power Cleans

10 Hang Cleans
