10 Air Squat Jumps

8 Wall Balls

6 Inchworms

4 Burpee to Bars

6 Negative Pullups

8 Bootstraps

Shoulder Mobility

------------------------------------------------------------

Skill: Pull Ups

10 Squat Cleans (115/75)

6 Front Rack Lunges

10 Kipping Pullups

6 Medball Clean Wall Balls (20/14)

…and some running
