10 Hand Release Push Ups

Grab A Bar

Skill: Squat Snatch

15 Min AMRAP

8 Squat Snatch (115/75)

10 Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (50/35)

12 Dumbbell Thrusters

14 Knees to Elbow
