Complete the following for time
180 Rack Lunges (95/65)
180 Push Presses (95/65)
180 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
180 snatch grip Dead Lifts (95/65)
180 Squat Clean thrusters (95/65)
The work must be done equally!! At the end each person must have done half of the reps, but in no particular order.
90 reps for guys, 90 reps for girls.
