3 Rounds of:

10 Lunges

10 Air Squat Jumps

10 sec Beat Swings

Then

Shoulder Mobility

10 Bootstraps

10 Negative Pullups

8 Reverse Front Rack Lunges

6 Chest to Bar Pullups

4 Box Jumps (30/24)

2 Burpees Over Bar
