Perform each movement for 1 min – 15 Sec Rest

  1. Vups

  2. Air Squat Jumps

  3. Overheld Hold with Heavy Weight or Odd Object

  4. Hollow Rocks or Situps

  5. Lunge Pulse (left leg)

  6. Press Jacks with a Dumbbell/Kettlebell or light wt object (jumping jack as you pressing wt overhead)

  7. Lunge Pulse (right leg)

  8. Dips from a Chair

  9. Push Ups

  10. Mountain Climbers
