*Grab A Backpack and fill with moderate weight

Walk/Run with Backpack or Weights 10 Flights of Stairs (up and down is one flight) or Run for 3 min or 225 Jumping Jacks

40 Bulgarian Lunges with Backpack Left Leg (use a chair/couch)

40 Air Squats

40 Bulgarian Lunges with Backpack Right Leg

Walk/Run with Backpack 10 Flights of Stairs (up and down is one flight) or Run for 3 min or 225 Jumping Jacks

40 Pushups with Backpack

40 Pushup Plank Shoulder Taps with Backpack

Walk/Run with Backpack 10 Flights of Stairs (up and down is one flight) or Run for 3 min or 225 Jumping Jacks
