30 Mountain Climbers (total)

10 Air Squats (you can use a Dumbbell, Kettlebell, or Odd Object)

10 Decline Push Ups (place feet on chair – if this is difficult perform regular push ups)

10 Donkey Kicks

10 Tuck Up Jumps with Clap Under Legs
