‘Dying for a Partner WOD’

** Since we are unable to do Partner WODs, the following should be performed, with a 90 second rest as if your partner is working.

25 Air Squat Jumps

20 Vups

15 Push Ups

10 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatches

5 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Thrusters (use two if you have access)
