** Since we are unable to do Partner WODs, the following should be performed, with a 60 second rest as if your partner is working. Also, get your jump rope

50 Double Unders or 120 Singles or 150 Jumping Jacks

25 Step Ups (Use a Chair, Bench, Step)

25 Shoulder Press

25 Air Squats

25 Push Ups
