Each Sanctuary Boot Camp starts with a dynamic warm-up to prioritize safety and optimize your performance throughout your workout. During our boot camp sessions, you’ll tackle a combo of cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training using weights and different types of equipment. Some of our Bootcamp classes, like HIIT Bootcamp, use high-intensity interval training for a crazy workout! You’ll be doing exercises that combine your body weight and free weights, boosting both your strength and endurance. It’s a real high-energy class that’ll definitely get your heart pumping and improve your fitness.
